*Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s modern masterpiece tells the unforgettable true story of the passionate, complex and controversial Argentine First Lady Eva Perón. Evita recounts her rags-to-riches climb from humble beginnings in rural Argentina, through her success as an actress, to her place by the side of President Juan Perón as a beloved yet politically polarizing figure. The Tony Award-winning musical features some of musical theatre’s most beautiful songs, including “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina” and “Another Suitcase in Another Hall.”
